About
AI engineer, researcher and founder.

Krystsina Shpileuskaya is a Berlin-based AI engineer with over six years of experience building machine learning systems for production. She holds a B.Sc. from KIT and an M.Sc. in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from TU Berlin.
At PwC, she led the development of LLM-based solutions for audit, including retrieval-augmented question answering, document analysis and automated reporting, and took them from architecture to production. Alongside this work, she published peer-reviewed research on the robustness and fairness of language models, including at the MIT Media Lab.
After building search and ranking systems at GlassDollar, she co-founded Sipoza, an AI shopping companion for European fashion brands. As CTO, she designed the platform and its AI pipelines for size prediction and style personalization, and took the product from MVP to live retailer pilots.
Today she partners with companies to build AI products, make existing systems reliable and scalable, and provide senior technical leadership.
